When Oxford Street Realty first opened in the Summer of 1989, it was inspired by a business philosophy that “integrity is a world where everyone wins”.

As we built up our business, our office and staff focused on the long term view of cultivating relationships, rather than taking a short-sighted view of merely the “bottom line”. This explains why most of our business and our best referrals have come from word of mouth.

Since we genuinely care about the persons with whom we conduct business, we have often found ourselves negotiating commissions and fees for far less than the established norms.
